We love the oxford shirt for it's ‘simple & elegant ‘ look. We especially love the vintage Oxford shirts prior to the 1960s when the collars were slightly bigger than nowadays. 15oz sashiko fabric:
For a textured look, UG created a 15oz, vintage machine weaved sashiko fabric. This fabric features a super-dense feeling with a raised texture. With time the raised threads will develop a brighter indigo tone whilst the surface maintains a deep indigo tone. The contrast does look so soulful with time! For extra comfort, the cuffs are lined with a tonal, lightweight HBT fabric.
Construction:
Sewn using vintage single needle machines you can see the attention to detail in the expertly curved details around the signature 'U' shape chest pocket and cuffs! With genuine, 11mm large mother of pearl buttons, this one does have a UNIQUE look!
