The exchange of new unaltered, undamaged, and unworn (except from being tried on for size) items may be accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Product that has been altered cannot be exchanged or swapped for store credit.
Please note that the acceptance of exchanges or store credit can only be granted at our discretion after we receive the items from you.
