We love the oxford shirt for it's ‘simple & elegant ‘ look. We especially love the vintage Oxford shirts prior to the 1960s when the collars were slightly bigger than nowadays. 11oz canvas fabric:
For a textured look, UG created a 11oz, vintage machine weaved selvage canvas. Looking closely, you can see the natural, unbleached cotton fibres making up an irregular colourway of speckled ivory. With use, you'll experience a softer texture and a softly faded lighter ivory shade become revealed. Peep the red selvage ID behind the placket and exposed it to the curved side hem. For extra comfort, the cuffs are lined with tonal, lightweight cotton twill.
Construction:
Sewn using vintage single needle machines you can see the attention to detail in the expertly curved details around the signature 'U' shape chest pocket and cuffs! With genuine, extra-large mother of pearl buttons, this one does have a UNIQUE look!
