Loopwheel fabric:
Our loopwheeled t-shirt are made by top 3 loopwheel factories in Wakayama, Japan. Each loopwheel machine we use can only produce 20 meters of fabric per day which only makes less than 12 t-shirts. Our loopwheeled t-shirts are slowly & loosely woven. When you feel each t-shirt in hands, you can feel the heavyweight, however, when you wear it on, it feels so 'Airy’ and can be worn even in hot summer time!
Dye techniques:
Our ‘airy’ t-shirt has its own horizontal texture and the colour dyeing technique is mixed with sulphur dye and natural dye techniques. In brand new condition, each tee looks very ‘high-end’ & fashionable, with wear and wash, you will see the colour fades little by little to a more vintage look. At the same time, the horizontal texture will come up as well making up for the contrast we really like.
Construction:
The crew neck is triple stitched and the sleeve & hem are ’Single Needle Lock Stitched’ to finish. This will make sure our t-shirts will last longer and hold the shape better over time! If you are looking for some of the best loopwheeled t-shirts, we guarantee they are some of the best !
